Faith, Martin and John always take good care of me but I would like to single out John Booze as "Service Tech Extraordinaire" when it comes to knowing my car and, more importantly, knowing me. I know he has my best interest at heart when he is recommending services for my car. I never feel I am being ambushed, overcharged or railroaded into unwanted or unnecessary services. Do you know what peace of mind it is to have a friend you trust in the car service field? I do, his name is John Booze and you are fortunate to have him on your team.
I give Browning Mazda service department a 10. I only go there for the services my Mazda# requires. John Booze always does a great job when attending me and other customers as well as the rest of the staff I see working.
