Way overpaid for many warranty products and add ons that I didn't want. Was deceptively told that things were able to be thrown in or added without additional cost, but I paid full cost for everything. My own fault for not carefully reading the details in the finance office as i signed but was tired out after waiting over 3 hours between dealing with the sales manager and getting there. After other dealers failed twice to properly diagnose and resolve an intermittent -- and thus admittedly hard-to-diagnose -- issue, the Browning team immediately found the far-from-obvious cause of the problem and fixed it, quickly and at a reasonable cost. They had always taken excellent care of my wife's Mazda 3 when we lived in the area; it was worth going out of my way to bring my car to them in this case. You cannot get better care for your Mazda than from the Browning Cerritos team.

Took my 2017. 5 mazda 6 Grand Touring to get service for faulty GPS told the whole part was on back order. I said wow this been on back order since 2020 here it is 2023..he stood there looking stupid over herd another customer ask for the same thing told them it would be a 2hr job. Walked over and so oh guess I didn't have the right skin color for the service 🙄 😒.

This was my 3rd visit for service. My first 2 visits were for 20k and 235k servicing, which includes oil change, tire rotation, brake check, and multi-point inspection. Both of these services were performed in 2022 and 2023. Both visits were great. They performed the work while I waited, and they had both services completed in the promised time. This last service was for a warranty repair, and they completed that service on-time as well. Horrible experience. Sales people are rude and sarcastic and they always deceive people on every transaction made. Last year they tried selling me a used CX-9 for 19k and they wanted to charge me $800 a month for 6 years. I went to another dealer and I got a brand new one the grand touring for 52k with a monthly of $600. How does that add up? To make matters worse, I got a coupon for a $50 oil change. Awful. They apply a lot of pressure and are basically trying to rob you. They tried to convince us that the car we wanted needed a “market adjustment” because it was a limited car. This adjustment was $7,000!!! And on top of that this place applies the BS paint repel stuff on all cars and says the $2,000 is on YOU because they choose to do this to every car. Do yourself a favor and do not authorize any repairs from the Browning Mazda Auto Status Report without researching the recommended repair costs. Once you do, you will find out that they are marking-up parts and routine repairs beyond reasonable levels. Even routine services like oil changes are overpriced. My advice, If you do take your car here, take the report and have the service done by a reasonably priced shop you trust.

Stay away from These guys wanted to Rip me off had me talk to 3 different managers about the price of the car typical dog and pony show i was looking at a cx5 grand touring there numbers just did not add up they were way more than i wanted to pay on a lease they were $100 a month higher witch is $3,600 more over a 3 year lease than South bay Mazda for the same cx5 where i purchased it from . Stay away from Cerritos Mazda shop around.

Took my CX-9 for brake booster repair. Had to pay out of pocket because Mazda wouldn't offer warranty service for my 2013 like it does for the 2010-2012's. Browning service agents were nice, and offered a discount. However, the car was returned to me with problems unresolved. They did replace the brake booster, but apparently didn't really road test my brake system (though the paperwork says they did). The down side to this was the misrepresentation by the Finance guy (Allan) regarding the add-on packages (KARR Alarm + Extended Warranty) sold as being available ONLY at the time of signing documents, but capable of being rescinded at a later time with pro-rated charges. I bought a 2017 Mazda 6 Touring from Browning and it was the worst mistake I've ever made. * They do not offer you the Mazda financing deal (1%) but instead offer you 4% or higher despite having great credit * I've spent over 5+ hours with Mazda Roadside assistance for various problems with the car in the last MONTH * Browning Mazda is not very helping in solving the problems. My closest dealer is South Bay Mazda but due to other recalls there are no loaner cars available * I will never buy another Mazda again.

Went in here with my research done on the exact car that I wanted (Mazda 3 5 door iSport with preferred equipment package). They contacted me about a good deal, and they definitely had the lowest prices in the area. There was a small hiccup regarding taxes before/after a rebate, but they honored the out the door price they quoted me before I came in.

I bought a brand new Mazda CX-5 from Browning Mazda in August of 2014. Browning Mazda decided to place an aftermarket alarm on this particular car. I was completely unaware of this until the finishing stages of the finance stage. I was told that my drive belt had cracking and needed immediate attention. I authorized the replacement but when I asked to see the old belt it had 2 very small frayed areas. Definitely not in need of immediate replacement. Their inspection report has a yellow rating (will require further attention). It may have needed a yellow. Dishonest dealership. I wouldn't recommend the sales or service department.

Before going into the dealership, I had done my research. I wanted something that was affordable, reliable, and safe. I wanted a lease with little to nothing down. Came to this dealership from out of state. They called me on my way to Disneyland after the purchase of the car wanting more money. Returned the car.
