Cesar Roa has been part of the Browning Mazda family since 2015 and has grown alongside the dealership throughout his career. He began in Sales, later moved into Internet Sales, and has since transitioned into one of the most important roles in the store as Guest Experience Manager.
Cesar plays a key role in helping guests feel comfortable and confident with their new vehicle ownership experience. Whether it’s explaining vehicle features, technology, settings, or helping guests better understand the functionality of their vehicle, he always takes the time to ensure every guest leaves feeling supported and informed.
Outside of Browning Mazda, Cesar enjoys music and is a drummer in a band. He also has a passion for adventure, exploring new foods, and experiencing the outdoors through hiking and travel, with destinations such as Machu Picchu and the Rocky Mountains among his memorable experiences.
Chris Ajayi is one of the most genuine and guest-focused team members at Browning Mazda. As a Mazda Expert, Chris is known for the care and attention he gives every guest, always going above and beyond to create a welcoming and memorable experience. His commitment to exceptional service and making people feel valued has made him a trusted part of the Browning Mazda family.

Outside of work, Chris has a passion for music and enjoys writing songs. He is especially known for his talent in rap music and has written some impressive tracks that showcase his creativity and passion.
Hi, I’m Sheseph, also known as Junior. I enjoy staying active and being around sports. I love watching MMA and UFC, playing and watching soccer, and I’m a big Real Madrid fan. In high school, I wrestled and played soccer and football, which helped shape my competitive mindset and team-first attitude. I’m also a Chargers fan, and when I’m not working with guests, I enjoy a good blue rare steak.
Hi, I’m Moe. I’m a high-energy, motivated person who enjoys sports, going to the gym, and of course, a good slice of pizza. I’m a big Rams fan, and I always bring that same passion and excitement into everything I do. Whether I’m working with guests or spending time outside of work, I believe in keeping a positive attitude and giving my best effort every day.
When you meet me, my goal is to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of from the start. I believe the right energy can make a big difference, especially when helping someone through their car-buying experience. Demitri Stavrakis joined Browning Mazda in 2023, beginning his journey in Sales and quickly demonstrating excellence in everything he does. Through his strong work ethic, dedication, and genuine care for guests, Demitri has fast-tracked his growth within the dealership and now serves as a Finance Manager.
Known for always being available to help, Demitri takes pride in creating a positive experience for every guest and making sure they feel supported throughout their ownership journey. His customer-first mindset and willingness to assist have made him a valued member of the Browning Mazda team.
Outside of work, Demitri is a DJ and enjoys attending music festivals. He is also a big basketball fan and brings the same energy and passion from his personal interests into everything he does professionally.
Ricky Hickson joined Browning Mazda in 2020 and has built his career around one thing: delivering an exceptional customer experience. Throughout his time with the Browning Mazda family, Ricky has taken on multiple roles including Sales, Lease Loyalty Specialist, Assistant Sales Manager, and now Finance Manager, giving him a well-rounded understanding of every step of the ownership journey. His diverse experience allows him to better serve guests by understanding their needs and helping create a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ricky enjoys music, dancing, and is a passionate college football fan. His energy, personality, and customer-first mindset continue to make him a valued part of the Browning Mazda team.
